Quick And Easy Immunity Booster Drinks You must try

Homemade remedies to boost immunity is the need of the day .Preventing us and the family from CORONA and Covid-19 is all about building stronger self. Add these to your routine and reap the rewards when in self isolation. No! Don’t worry. These remedies are made from simple ingredients which are commonly used in every household! Yes! You need not rush now to get anything from outside. Self isolation, these immunity boosters, yoga ,meditation and prayers can definitely work miracles. So let us dig down the list.

  1. Herbal Concoction/ herbal tea: 
    1. Boil some water, add some Tulsi/ Holy Basil leaves,dr ginger powder/chukku powder/sunthi powder, cinnamon powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder/black pepper and jaggery to it. Strain and consume once or twice a day to build a system which adapts to the weather change. Isn’t it a simple and interesting beverage? You may also add a half teaspoon of tea to it to add a good flavour. You may skip adding jaggery and instead pour some jaggery to this concoction.
  2. Golden Milk: 
    1. Generations have passed this valuable wisdom of drinking lukewarm milk with a teaspoon of turmeric powder to kickstart your day or to calm yourself before bedtime. Drink this golden milk with or without sugar. Consuming it warm is important.
  3. Chyawanprash:-
    1.  Taking a spoon of any readymade Chyawanprash or homemade Chyawanprash everyday in the morning on an empty stomach is a sure way to boost your immunity. Chyawanprash contains gooseberry/amla extracts.
  4. Triphala Powder : 
    1. Triphala literally means three fruits. Those three fruits include Amalaki ( Gooseberries), Haritaki, and Bibhitaki. This triphala powder is available in any of the Ayurvedic shops or on Online Super Markets. It is an immense immunity booster as it cleanses the gut and enhances the gut bacteria. 
  5. Neelavembu: 
    1. This is a very effective herbal medicine against any infection and fever. It is known as King of Bitters in English. The powder of this herb is available online. Neelavembu is known for its immunity boosting properties. All you need to do is to get the powder ( 1 spoon) boil it in 2 cups of water till the water reduces to 1 cup. Drinking ½ cup would help the common cold, infections and fever.  

 Self-isolation, social distancing can make you anxious. Keep moving. With this and more we are sure, we can definitely flatten the curve. Bid goodbye to Corona Virus.
