For making the most of our lives, we need our health in better condition. Fitness is of prime importance in our lives, we try to be very consistent with our efforts in terms of food and nutrition. I second you. Given the crunch of time that we work in, it is difficult to go through the big books which do not prompt any actions. We are in the process of creating a course which would definitely help you. And the good news is that it is a mini course.
