16 Apr How I lost 35 LBS with Home Workouts
Hello all, I hope you all are doing great. Stay Home Stay Safe. In a lockdown, the most important thing is mental health. Mental health is often fueled by physical health. I am a big fan of online home workouts. For the last 5 years or so I have been doing home workouts and have got great results. Here, I am sharing some of my favorite workouts which have helped me lose 35 lbs from the last 6 months.
Jillian Michaels Workout DVDs:
My home workout stint started with Jillian Michaels. I feel she still is my workout Guru. Her workout DVDs have changed my life altogether. I can not imagine she is based out of somewhere in the USA and training me who is somewhere in South India. I am amazed at the technology that bridges us. With technology, there are results too, which are unparalleled. I was an obese person with a BMI of 33 and now I am still overweight with a BMI of 27. I am losing weight slowly with the workouts that Jillian has prescribed for weight loss.

- Killer Buns and Thighs ( Lower Body)

Roughly, I have all the DVDs but the main DVD is 30 day shred which is the holy grail of full body weight loss programs. I lost quite a bit with 30 day shred.

Another program that I loved after Jillian Michaels is Les Mills. I can not compare both but loved the variety that Les Mills has built-in. A number of workouts and amazing results. I love every bit of Les Mills workouts especially Les Mills Body Combat, Body Step, Grit, Body Attack and they have made the most mundane stuff of working out on elliptical or stationary cycle the coolest thing by introducing RPM and the Trip. If you are thinking and searching for full-body workouts to do at home. This is it. There are umpteen free workouts on YouTube but I believe in working out with the best. What say?
