Well,
10k Steps, gym and Sadhana with proper food.
Last two days have been amazing. I wanted to take loads of photos during my morning walk but I felt, who is going to see it.
Sometimes writing also takes a lot of efforts which it should not!!
In my walking club on whatsapp group there is one gentleman who has been continuously walking 10k steps everyday for a year and more.
I love this kind of dedication to one activity.
What is life without any dedication and intensity?
Coming back to intensity. Shakti Chalana Kriya and Shoonya are like a breeze. Feels so good dumping myself into the ocean of some breaths and nothing ( Shoonya)
More intensity and more work on myself. <3
