A hundred day challenge counts to almost 3 mandalas of 40 days. It is said that it takes 21 days to set a habit. So, let me just hope that all the mentioned aspects become a part of my life.

I was also contemplating about millet protocol which I tried to adhere for almost 3 days. I felt very light through the day. But today I forgot to soak the millets and my efforts got wasted.

I shall start again.
