Soda in its pure form is just the carbonated water that is processed by companies in different forms with added sugar and other chemicals that makes it unhealthy.

The diet versions are also equally harmful. Carbonated and sugar infused beverages usually disrupt the gut microbiome that is important for digestive health and keeping up the immune system.

Sierra mist is one of the healthy sodas containing less than 140 calories per cup and just over 35 grams of carbohydrates, it is one of the top healthiest Soda in the world.

#2.  It is made with real sugar that means it is sweetened with table sugar instead of high  fructose corn syrup.
